Its penultimate match of the regular season, “Prometey” played in Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca against the local club. Our team attained the second victory over this opponent in a seasonal series with a score of 96:87.

The guests started the match with an impressive 13:0 spurt, however, in several minutes, Romanian club reduced their lag to minimum. The teams went for the first break with “+6” in favour of “Prometey”. The second quarter developed under the similar scenario. The guests took back a handicap “+10”, but allowed the opponents to half it before the long break.

After the 15-minute break, the match continued to be tense. The most important thing is that “Prometey” was constantly in lead. However, at the beginning of the final ten-minute segment, “Cluj-Napoca” took the lead for the first time in the match (73:72).

To the credit of “Prometey”, the team demonstrated the skill to overcome obstacles during the match. “Red and white” were stronger in a clutch and snatch a jubilee 10th victory in a row in the EuroCup.

“Prometey” will finish 7DAYS EuroCup regular season on March 29 with a home match against Italian “Reyer Venice”
