Comment by the head coach of BC “Prometey” Ronen Ginzburg on the eve of the EuroCup game against BC “Germani Brescia”.

-Coach, what can you say about our next game? “Brescia” has won its three previous game.

-What can I say, a very good team. A lot of Americans, I think, 9 – 10 American players. Really athletic team, very aggressive. Last game, they beat us really hard. They also beat one or two teams like this. Their strengths, first of all, their athleticism and physicality.

-What would you like to see from your players comparing to the first game against “Brescia”?

-First of all, we need to be more aggressive. We need to compete with them in fighting for rebounds. But the most important, as they play really aggressive defense, is not to make too many turnovers that will be immediately transferred into the easy points on the other side. Last game in the third quarter we fell on this. I hope this game will be better.

-“Prometey” has not played home matches in the EuroCup for already one month. Do you expect the support of your fans?

-Yes, I hope for more fans to come. I started feeling that. I believe they will come. I hope, more Ukrainian people will come over. They must support us because we need their help to compete against this kind of team like “Brescia”.
