SCYSShOR №5 (Dnipro, girls born in 2010) - BC "Prometey" (Slobozhanske) - 66:43 (21:4, 18:9, 13:12, 14:18). February 14th. 3rd tour of the Open Championship of the Dnipropetrovsk Region AYBL (2022/2023 season) for the of boys born in 2011.

Today, on February 14, two Academy “Prometey” teams (born in 2009 and 2011) played in the 3rd tour of the AYBL.

The older team opposed their peers from BC "Vostok" (Lozova). "Prometey" players lost with a score of 51:66.

During the first 15 minutes, there was an absolutely equal fighting on the court. The teams took turns in the lead, but starting from the second five-minute segment of the second quarter, "Vostok" established its dominance both in the score and in individual components of the game, first of all, in the fight under the backboards.

The game of the Academy team of boys  born in 2011 also resulted in loss. Their rival was a team of one-year older girls from the Dnipro SCYSShOR. The girls significantly surpassed our young players in anthropometry and at the same time managed to show a good team game. They reached a significant handicap in the first half of the game. The next 20 minutes were in favour of "Prometey", but it was extremely difficult for the boys to overcome a deficit of two and a half dozen points - a 43:66 defeat.

On February 16, our youngest AYBL team will play with their peers from BC "Vostok".
